Cognizant is looking for an experienced and innovative "Senior Java Production Support" to serve our diverse base of global clients. Responsibilities:

• Production support hands-on experience on analyzing and troubleshooting for production incident.
• Ability to work on minor enhancement when occurred.
• Ability to participate in Daily/Weekly stand ups call with Customer, delivery team and other stake holders
• Ability to work with cross-work stream teams
• Ability to work with performance team to evaluate and resolve any performance related issues
• A can-do-attitude and a strong passion for technology and willingness to learn new skills.
• Confident, self-starter, have a good work ethic, and team oriented.

Qualifications:

• 7-12 years of experience.
• Strong hands-on experience is required in Java 11, Springboot, REST & SOAP Web Services.
• Experienced with Angular 12, MS SQL server, AWS cloud.
• Experience in monitoring tools like Dynatrace and log analysis tools like Splunk.
• Ability to debug SOAP/RESTFUL WebServices and spring boot microservices for triaging any production issue.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and good listening skills.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position depends on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
