Description
GAI Consultants seeks a Senior Planning Manager with 10+ years of experience within our Community Solutions Group practice to assist in regional leadership and practice development. This position is ideally located within our Jacksonville office, targeted to Northeast Florida clients. Our Planning and Land Development team collaborates with all aspects of our Community Solutions Group service group and other departments at GAI Consultants. Our practice works with public, private, and institutional clients to assist with Land Use Entitlements and Regulatory Planning, Urban Design and Redevelopment, and Community Visioning. The successful candidate for this position will be eligible for a generous GAI sign-on bonus. Job Duties: The specific duties of this position are focused on assisting in the project coordination of master planning and site development assignments:
