POSITION SUMMARY We are searching for an agile, collaborative and results driven Senior Bilingual Talent Acquisition Partner who will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies for targeted Professional roles within the organization. This experienced TA Partner will collaborate with business leaders to effectively source, attract, assess, hire and onboard team members and manage a positive candidate experience. The successful candidate will be bilingual in Spanish/English and have experience managing corporate requisitions with a creative mindset to attract top talent. CORE FUNCTIONS
- Effectively determine the appropriate sourcing and marketing strategies for a range of generally salaried/exempt open/pipeline positions across the company, differentiating and disproportionality investing time and effort where it makes the most difference to the business.
- Manage all phases of the recruiting process, which includes but is not limited to intake calls with hiring managers, posting of positions, sourcing/screening candidates, coordinating interviews and feedback, closing candidates in the offer stage, and onboarding.
- Work with internal groups such as Marketing and business leaders to further develop our employer of choice reputation, both internally and externally.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of a given business area's talent trends/business needs and implement effective recruiting and networking strategies that accurately target the desired talent communities.
- Track, maintain, analyze, and report on metrics regarding recruiting activities.
- Collaborate with leadership and hiring managers to understand the business and requirements of positions within the business.
- Participate in intake meetings to confirm role requirements, sourcing strategy, job postings, pre-screening candidates, and developing offers.
- Work to attract and convert high-quality candidates.
- Deliver a high-quality candidate (internal and external) and client experience.
- Employ a proven mix of social networking, digital recruitment, and traditional recruitment methods to develop a range of sourcing strategies that target relevant talent communities.
- Ensure that the Company's openings are filled, according to KPIs, for replacing talent or hiring new talent for growth.
- Leverage a range of sourcing strategies depending on role characteristics, desired capabilities, and relevant talent communities.
- Create and implement pipeline strategies for high-value and/or high-volume positions within the business client group.
- Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, and employees.
- Deliver a high level of customer service to internal clients, including regular/timely position updates to VP of Talent Acquisition, hiring managers and HR Business Partners and following-up with candidates throughout the interview process.
- Ensure proper utilization of applicant tracking system and other systems supporting recruiting activity. Act as subject matter expert to field recruiters on effective utilization of systems.
- Partner with VP of Talent Acquisition on effective vendor management related to recruiting activity.
- Drive progressive recruiting tactics that continually replenish candidate pipelines based on market conditions and current and projected trends/needs.
- Deliver a high level of customer service to applicants, ensuring a positive and professional image of RealTruck is maintained throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide subject matter expertise and training to recruiters across the company on defined process expectations, system utilization, and best practice implementation.
- Leverage best practice experience in digital talent acquisition strategies, tactics, and employer brand management.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field is required.
- 8+ years of corporate recruitment experience is required, international recruitment experience preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish/English is required
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is required; experience using UKG/Recruitment Gateway is preferred.
- Experience with SAP or other ERP platforms is preferred.
- Experience with Employer Brand is preferred
- Experience with background check and drug screen processes and systems
Required Licenses
- SHRM-CP or HRCI-PHR certifications preferred.
- One of the following AIRS certifications preferred: CIR, ACIR, CDR, CSSR, ECRE, PRC.

- Proficient knowledge of Human Resources practices and laws.
- Extensive sourcing techniques and knowledge.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, web-based technologies, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- This position is subject to sedentary work; exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involved sitting most of the time. Walking and standing are required only occasionally.
