Description Warehouse Selector Ready to get your work done and go home, while earning great income? Our Warehouse Order Selectors average between 40-50 hours per week and make $19.50 per hour, increasing to $23.50 after training, plus incentive pay opportunities based on performance. This position is in a Step Progression Pay Range. Our warehouse teammates move product through our DCs quickly and safely, ensuring orders are filled and loaded for deliveries with a high degree of accuracy and great sense of urgency while safely meeting productivity/quality standards with McLane established guidelines. So here are the details: Starting Pay: $19.50 Per Hour \| Increases to $23.50 Per Hour/Incentive Pay (After meeting productivity standard) Paid Bi-Weekly 5-day 8-hour work week (Monday-Sunday) \| Set Schedule Per Bid Start Time: 8:00 AM for (Cooler Team) and (Freezer Team) \| 10:00 AM (Dry Team) Must work until finish Electric Pallet Jack (Ride-On) Experience (Preferred) Will utilize a ride-on electric pallet jack to select and build orders on pallets for some of the most beloved brands in the world Bid Opportunities: Bid on the days you would like to work (Based on Seniority) Multi-Temperature Warehouse: Dry Dock\| Cooler (30-35 Degrees) \| Freezer (Averages -5 Degrees) \| Must be open to work in all areas The ability to be flexible with your schedule is preferred.
