The Federal Portfolio Manager works in cooperation with our Federal Account Managers on business development, contracting actions, delivery execution, and customer relationships relating to our extensive portfolio of Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Architect-Engineer (A-E) services contracts. The Federal Portfolio Manager serves as the focal point between Stanley Consultants and various Federal Clients (i.e. USACE, NAVFAC, AFCEC, non-DoD Federal agencies, etc) on matters related to current IDIQ engagements, performance and client satisfaction, and new business prospects. The Portfolio Manager will provide day-to-day leadership and program management across multiple client engagements and diverse project portfolios. They will focus on organic business development initiatives to drive new business and will support proposal development in collaboration with the Account Manager and supporting Inside Sales team members. Additional Information: Business travel to client sites and offices for meetings will be required for this role. Participation in organizations such as the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) and others will also be required. While the location of this position is flexible, ideals candidates in close proximity to our existing Federal Clients is desired. Required Qualifications:

Stanley's Approach to Flexibility While some members choose to work out of their local office on a full-time basis, we offer a hybrid schedule for eligible positions consisting of two days a week in the office, two days a week remotely, and Friday being a flexible day that can be worked either in the office or at home.
