Sales Account Manager

Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Account Manager to join their team in Bon Air, AL. In this direct-hire position, you will be part of a thriving company committed to your success.

What You'll Do:

• Use CAD software to create technical drawings and 3D models for customer orders.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through phone and email communication, including cold calling potential clients.
• Prepare and send quotes, negotiate pricing and terms, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about inventory levels and collaborate with vendors or outsourcing partners to fulfill orders.
• Work with the team in a professional, open-office environment, ensuring high-quality service for our clients.
• No responsibility for collections.

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ years of sales and/or customer service experience in manufacturing or distribution.
• CAD drafting skills are a plus (experience with 3D modeling highly preferred).
• Strong communication, customer service, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze and interpret blueprints/drawings.
