Summer 2025 Manufacturing Intern

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Analyze each job to break down tasks and create a training plan for each job in the plant
• Develop documentation for standardized training procedures and skills verification processes
• Provide an overview of training plan, skills, verification process and file retention plan to plant leadership. This detailed strategy should include all approval paths for skills verification as well as document retention
• Produce and communicate a timeline of when key training and skills verification deliverables will be met for each area
• Identify stakeholders in new training process and coordinate training to uphold procedures going forward

The qualified candidate will be a junior in the fall of 2025 with a degree focus in Business, Manufacturing or related field.
