Essential Functions



  • Meet with tax team members weekly, continually assessing workload, assigning, and reassigning work as necessary to maintain an appropriate workload.
  • Support in making sure the local tax team keeps their My Plan schedules up to date.
  • Regularly performs significant and recurring administrative tasks with a high degree of initiative and strong attention to detail.
  • Process, scan, and assemble client documents.
  • Maintain due dates for tax, assurance, and accounting work.
  • Compose correspondence from general instructions or independently on routine matters in a highly professional manner.
  • Proofread documents to ensure accuracy of copy, grammar, punctuation and spelling.
  • Assists in administrative project planning, development, and execution of stated goals and objectives.
  • Obtains and conveys information as needed.
  • Assists other personnel as needed.
  • Performs miscellaneous clerical and administrative tasks.
  • Stays current with industry developments by participating of professional development activities and following up with assigned development plans.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Demonstrates a positive, professional attitude and desire to advance.


Minimum Qualifications



  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor's degree or two years of experience on a specialized subject matter
  • Must maintain current required licenses and certifications relevant to field of expertise
  • Demonstrates the ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
  • Effective customer service skills
  • Proficient use of applicable technology
  • Ability to work in team environment as well as independently
  • Ability to analyze and prioritize multiple responsibilities
