Responsibilities
Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to: * Assist with developing and implementing a comprehensive DevSecOps strategy aligned with business and customer objectives. * Help oversee and identify opportunities to automate and streamline the CI/CD pipelines for DevSecOps, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Software. * Promote a culture of security and continuous improvement. * Help architect, select, and acquire tooling and technologies for the DevSecOps software factory and cloud environment. * Support with integrating security into the Software, DevSecOps, and Cloud development lifecycles. * Collaborate with cybersecurity and information assurance teams to define and enforce security standards, policies, and requirements. * Work together with team leads to facilitate planning and execution on requirements, ensuring compliance, ensuring proper security posture, ensuring DevSecOps practices and standards are being followed. * Aid in architect solutions, troubleshoot, and oversee the day-to-day activities across the disparate teams. * Assist the Program Manager with customer meetings to track feedback and reprioritizations. * Provide assistance with overseeing and defining architectures, writing and managing documentation, and any other managerial tasks that team leads need assistance with. * Support the Agile Lead with decomposing requirements into tasking, create and manage tasking, and serve as a technical expert for any events needed throughout the lifecycle of the program. * Oversee all technical and security tasking and developments for the program. * Ensure deadlines are met, risks are mitigated, and deliverables are complete and delivered to customer.
Qualifications
* 15 years of combined experience working in technical leadership and as a Network, Cloud, Security, Software, DevOps, DevSecOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineer. * Experience as a technical lead on medium to large programs or projects. * Understand developing design, standards, and other documentation. * Knowledge with DevSecOps technologies, tools, processes, and standards. * Skilled with Cloud technologies (e.g. Azure, AWS, GCP). * Experience with common modern programming languages (e.g. Python, Go, Java, C++, etc.). * Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containerization and Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, and security scanning. * Involvement with cloud, software, infrastructure, and platform cybersecurity. * Qualified in Linux and Windows Operating Systems. Education: * Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Clearance Requirements: * Must be able to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance. #LI-MS1 #MTSI
