As an Mechanical Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, leading, and successful completion of new product development projects. Projects encompass involvement and oversight of the entire product development lifecycle including concept, design, test, certification, production implementation, and ongoing support.
This role requires mechanical design and development of electro-mechanical products and ability to manage multiple people and projects with timely results. 85% of the time will be management and 15% engineering.
Candidates should have a minimum 10 years of experience designing and/or managing development of electro-mechanical products and 5+ years supervisory experience.
It is helpful to have knowledge of environmental requirements such as RTCA DO-160 or similar aerospace, military, or commercial standards.

Estimated Min Rate: $126000.00
Estimated Max Rate: $180000.00
