Our group leads the Edge Business Marketing Initiatives, focusing on D2C/D2B Channels, Lyve Services, HDD/SSD OEM and Distribution, and Market Research/Business Intelligence. We are an integral part of the global team at Seagate Technology, collaborating with various departments to drive strategic growth and innovation.

About the role - you will:

  • Lead and manage Edge Business Marketing Initiatives across D2C Channel, Lyve Services, HDD/SSD OEM and Distribution, and Market Research/Business Intelligence.
  • Collaborate with IT, finance, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
  • Oversee order placement and fulfillment monitoring across D2C and D2B channels, including Lyve Services and the Seagate Store.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth and profitability.
  • Analyze market trends and business performance to make informed decisions and recommendations.
  • Identify root-cause inefficiencies and recommend IT and/or business process enhancements within the Business Marketing group.
  • Monitor and maintain data integrity and consistency in Business Marketing reporting, dashboards, and other executive deliverables.
  • Manage contracts with vendors, including country expansion, monthly reconciliation, and invoice management.
  • Track and manage the organizational budget, ensuring alignment with financial goals and objectives.
  • Provide interim support for Lyve Services quote management, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

Your experience includes:

  • Proven experience in program management within a business marketing environment.
  • Strong understanding of D2C and D2B channels, order management, and fulfillment processes.
  • Experience in business planning, strategy development, and implementing successful initiatives.
  • Proficiency in data management and reporting tools like Excel, Alteryx, and SQL.
  • Experience with CRM, ERP, and Order Management Platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, and Adobe Commerce.
  • Strong contract management and vendor negotiation skills.
  • Experience in working in a global company, adapting to diverse cultures and business practices.



You might also have:



  • Experience with data preparation and cleaning using R, Python, or VBA.
  • Familiarity with process mapping tools like Lucid charts.
  • Experience with Tableau for data visualization.

Location:

Remote United States; #LI-Remote; This is a full remote opportunity or can be hybrd/on-site at our Longmont, CO or Minneapolis, MN region sites.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $56,000 - $80,000 . The individual salary is based on work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Seagate offers comprehensive benefits to its eligible employees, including, but not limited to, eligibility to participate in discretionary bonus program, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, short-and long-term disability, 401(k), employee stock purchase plan, health savings account, dependent care, and healthcare spending accounts. Seagate also offers paid time off, including 12 holidays, flexible time off provided pursuant to Seagate policy, a minimum of 48 hours of paid sick leave, and 16 weeks of paid parental leave. The benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year and may differ depending on work location.
