Experience Required 2 - 3 years Accounts Receivable resolution preferred with a strong focus on customer experience Familiarity with third-party billing processes including CPT/HCPCS and ICD-10 knowledge is desired. Knowledge of medical terminology, medical record review and reimbursement analysis is preferred. Experience may also include appeals processing, denial or rejection analysis and resolution and medical billing guidelines as it relates to the job function. Epic experience is a plus Education Requirements High School Diploma or Equivalent required; some college preferred Apply
