Navarro Research and Engineering is recruiting for a Project Controls Engineer in Richland, WA. Headquartered in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, Navarro has active programs in place across the nation for DOE/NNSA, NASA, and the Department of Defense. This position will support Navarro-ATL. Navarro-ATL is located in Richland, WA, and operates, manages, and maintains the 222-S Laboratory Complex for the Department of Energy. The Navarro-ATL members are Navarro Research and Engineering, Inc. (Oak Ridge, TN), and Advanced Technologies and Laboratories International (Gaithersburg, MD). A Project Controls Engineering role with dual scheduling and cost engineering responsibilities. Under general supervision, the individual will prepare, maintain, and review baseline schedules and budgets for programmatic activities and construction project activities. Work will be performed per EIA-748 and applicable DOE orders using established DOE and industry methodologies and guidelines. Review work for completeness as required by project specifications and scope definition. Applies standard cost and scheduling data to departmental programs or systems. Responsible for utilizing Primavera P6 and applicable cost tools to effectively and proactively manage and control concurrent projects throughout the organization from proposal through execution to completion.
