Task Order Project Manager

As the Task Order Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the task order and ensuring that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order are implemented in a timely manner. Responsibilities
- Serve as a Senior Subject Matter Expert (SME), responsible for coordinating deliverables to be provided under this task order with the COR, and Contracting Officer.
- Provide project Management support for the entire period of the task order.
- Provide the planning, direction, coordination, and control necessary for effective and efficient accomplishment of all requirements identified in the task order.
- Verify and validate the level of effort and deliverables for each task, on the monthly status report, Travel reports, and Project Plan.
- Prepare the Task Order Management Plan describing the technical approach, organizational resources, and management controls to be employed to meet the performance and schedule requirements throughout Task Order execution.
- Provide a monthly status report monitoring the quality assurance, progress/status reporting, and program reviews as stated in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
- Provide the technical and functional activities as stated in the PWS for Program Management; include productivity and management methods such as Quality Assurance, Progress/status reporting, and Program Reviews, and shall provide the centralized administrative, clerical, documentation and related functions as stated in each task in the PWS.
- Provide a monthly status report identifying routine and special difficulties encountered under the PWS and shall provide a detailed listing of all work performed by task in electronic format and hardcopy.
- Provide a compliance tracking report. The purpose of the compliance report is to ensure contractor resources are certified in accordance with DoD 8570.01 Directives.
- Provide meeting minutes for all meetings attended.
- Submit a Contractor Quality Control Plan (QCP) to the Government Program Management Office (PMO) and the Contracting Officer Representative (COR).
Requirements:
- Must have Project Management certification (i.e., Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, other equivalent nationally recognized certification.)
- Five (5) years project management or other relevant experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields.
- Five (5) years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields and working with DLA's J6 operations and in addition, have 10 years or more year of relevant PM experience.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a work environment of similar size and complexity of the Task Order.
- BS or BA or four (4) additional years of related experience.
- Must possess IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3) at time of proposal submission.
