Responsibilities This position is responsible for preparing meals for events for University Catering and may include some additional work with the Aggie Marketplace. Duties include: Ensuring proper food handling procedures and adhering to quality expectations Keeping work station clean, orderly, and sanitized Plating and presenting food as specified for each event Cooking meats, sauces, starches, and vegetables Help other areas during busy times Other duties assigned Qualifications Minimum qualifications:

Employees must have sufficient strength to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position including heavy lifting (50 pounds) and/or pushing and pulling of heavy objects.
