What you will be doing As an assistant team leader, you will provide support to a team of 10-15 assistants and ensure the smooth operation of our assistant team. Key responsibilities: * Carrying out 1 on 1s and team meetings, conduct regular check-ins with team members to provide guidance, support, and feedback. Facilitate team meetings to foster collaboration and open communication * Regular check-ins with Leaders for feedback on team members * Coordinate and lead team committees * Assist in development and implementation of team goals and objectives * Recruitment & training of new staff and current team members * Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to enhance productivity and quality * Address and resolve conflicts or issues that may arise and foster a positive and supportive work environment that encourages collaboration and teamwork * Manage absence cover, ensuring leaders are adequately resourced: .* Coordinate and manage cover for team members, and provide cover where necessary ensuring a distributed workload * Provide day-to-day support with people matters, assist team members with HR-related matters * Review and approve expenses, timesheets, and other approvals in accordance with company policies * Other related duties assigned as needed Worldpay perks - what we'll bring for you:
