About the Role:

As the Brand Manager, Seasonal & Assortment, you'll lead the portfolio management and oversee all commercialization activities, along with the seasonal portfolio marketing plan. As the Brand Manager, Seasonal & Assortment,you'll collaborate with Consumer Insights, Trade Marketing, Brand teams, and cross-functional partners to manage new launches, including commercialization and de-listings. You'll also contribute to strategy definition by developing in-depth analysis of the consumer and category dynamics.

This role reports into the Director, Seasonal & Assortment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage, in partnership with the Marketing Director and cross-functional partners, all activities related to the S&OP process: mid-term sales forecast and long-term capacity analysis
  • Foster partnerships with strategic customers in collaboration with Trade Marketing
  • Support key cross-functional internal relationships, including Category Management, Trade Marketing, Sales Operations, and Sales Account Teams
  • Brief Creative Design Agency & Repro House: Collaborate with Graphic Chain to create new packaging across different seasons
  • Lead Renders & Mock-Up Creation/Management: Work with the creative design agency and trade marketing to manage renders and mock-ups
  • Coordinate Product Sample Requests: Partner with R&D to request samples for innovation projects
  • Support Category Management: Assist in creating compelling selling stories
  • Documentation Support: Create and manage internal/external codes, regulatory documentation, operational documentation, and new product briefs
  • Artwork Review & Approval: Oversee the review and approval of artworks in the Wave system and first productions, promptly addressing any issues with corrective actions
  • Ensure Pricing, Spec Sheet, and E-Commerce Accuracy: Verify that pricing, spec sheets, and e-commerce presence are accurate and meet expectations
  • A&P management

Who we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field; MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in Brand marketing, Trade Marketing or related roles within the consumer goods industry
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Solid project management skills from planning stage to execution
  • Experience in key channels of trade of Convenience, Food, Drug, Mass, Club and E-commerce (Brick and Click and Pure Play) is a must
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights
  • Well-versed in Budget Management and Forecasting
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with data analysis tools
  • Experience with S&OP processes and revenue growth management is a plus
