Harmony Biosciences is recruiting for a Manager, Regional Marketing in our Plymouth Meeting, PA location. In this role you will be responsible for developing and driving healthcare professional (HCP) marketing initiatives using your knowledge of the market dynamics and brand strategies. You will collaborate closely with Field Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional partners to develop innovative marketing programs/tactics to appropriately drive demand on the local and regional level.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Develop annual plan for Regional Marketing initiatives in alignment with overall brand strategies that promote and differentiate the brand in a professional, innovative and memorable way in a competitive adult narcolepsy market.
  • Work to ensure promotional efforts are aligned to market needs and translate product capabilities to differentiated messages based on understanding of marketplace trends and insights from market research.
  • Execute regional convention strategy including cross-functional planning across Harmony, lead commercial activities including exhibit booth, educational programs, and sponsorship opportunities.
  • Manage internal review and approvals of promotional sponsorships per Company policy; partnering with Field Sales, Marketing, Compliance, and Legal, as needed
  • Create, launch, and monitor/track promotional resources to support branded and unbranded strategies.
  • Develop relationships with conference leaders and Healthcare Professionals on the local/ regional and national level.
  • Liaison between Harmony and external parties including company introduction, facilitation of applications for promotional sponsorship opportunities and coordination of payment.
  • Lead planning, scheduling and execution of Regional promotional programs in partnership with Field Sales Leadership and Field Sales team.
  • Create, launch, and monitor/track promotional resources in alignment with brand strategies.
  • Develop integrated Regional non-personal campaign including digital (website, email) and direct mail to effectively support Regional Marketing initiatives.
  • Effectively partner with all cross-functional stakeholders including promotional material review committee (medical, legal, regulatory) as needed
  • Measure marketing programs and content effectiveness to optimize and improve marketing and business results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related field required
  • 3+ years of marketing experience within the pharmaceutical industry or a healthcare agency
  • 1+ years managing conventions and promotional programs
  • Understanding of regulatory and government policies/ practices for Healthcare Professional engagements
  • Understanding of relevant Healthcare professional regulations and guidelines, including marketing and promotion and anti-kickback regulations and statutes
  • Demonstrated track record of strong project management skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively partner with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate at the right level for both business and scientific audiences
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Power Point; Experience with Veeva is preferred

Physical demands and work environment:

  • Domestic travel is estimated to be 30% of the time for this position.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
  • Manual dexterity required to use computers, tablets, and cell phone.
  • The employee must occasionally lift and /or move more than 20 pounds.
  • Continuous sitting for prolonged periods.
