Additional Information: The pay range for this position is $50,400-$69,300+ benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by the experience and education required, and level of responsibility. The range posted for this role represents a range that Interstates, in good faith, believes it is willing to pay at the time of this posting. The pay is determined by job related skills, training, education, and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize basic knowledge of equipment and site conditions to support project tasks.
  • Track and organize data systematically to maintain accurate data.
  • Operate computer programs to accurately represent and analyze electrical systems.
  • Begin making sound recommendations with guidance.
  • Gain exposure to diverse jobsites, studies, and the associated software.
  • Assist the primary lead on data collection trips.
  • Identify and manage typical technical solutions and safety risks.
  • Begin fostering client/plant relationships.
  • Plan and coordinate all aspects of data collection trips, including technical preparation, safety measures, client info, and personnel logistics.

Qualifications

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and Experience: A high school diploma or an associate degree (A.A., A.S.) in a related field such as Environmental Science, Engineering Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or a similar discipline from a two-year college; a Bachelor's degree from a four-year program is preferred. Alternatively, a combination of relevant education and practical experience may be considered in place of a formal degree.

Travel:Travel will be required and will vary according to business requirements. Generally, travel will not be expected to exceed 75%.

Other Skills & Abilities: This position requires strong computer skills, good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize work, and deal with stress. Must possess the ability to work cooperatively with others. Must have a basic understanding of internal controls. Must be able to maintain a high standard of professionalism and confidentiality of important issues. Must be able to handle the work schedule and attendance policies required at Interstates.
