The Field Analyst plays a role in supporting the collection, interpretation, and communication of field analytics across the organization. This position involves traveling to client sites to gather data, generate reports, and review results for industrial facilities. The Field Analyst ensures accurate data collection and effective reporting to support the organization's decision-making processes. Additional Information: The pay range for this position is $50,400-$69,300+ benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by the experience and education required, and level of responsibility. The range posted for this role represents a range that Interstates, in good faith, believes it is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Qualifications Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and Experience: A high school diploma or an associate degree (A.A., A.S.) in a related field such as Environmental Science, Engineering Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or a similar discipline from a two-year college; a Bachelor's degree from a four-year program is preferred. Alternatively, a combination of relevant education and practical experience may be considered in place of a formal degree. Travel:Travel will be required and will vary according to business requirements. Generally, travel will not be expected to exceed 75%. Other Skills & Abilities: This position requires strong computer skills, good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize work, and deal with stress. Must possess the ability to work cooperatively with others. Must have a basic understanding of internal controls. Must be able to maintain a high standard of professionalism and confidentiality of important issues. Must be able to handle the work schedule and attendance policies required at Interstates.
