Licensed Customer Service Representative (202398)

Our client is looking for someone with excellent customer service and relationship building skills. They are a small insurance agency in the Green Bay, WI area who truly cares about their employees and customers and is looking to add someone with the same personalized values to their team.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer questions and respond to emails
• Set up new policies and customers
• Make changes to customer accounts
• Suggest new services that would be beneficial for the customer to have

General Information:

Hours: 36 hours per week, Monday-Thursday, 8:30am-4:30pm and Friday 8:30am-12:30pm

Length: Temporary to Hire, potentially Direct Hire

Pay: $24/hour-$30/hour, based on experience

• Must have current P&C license
