We are looking for a Manager, Financial Applications with experience in publicly traded companies and had to adhere to SOX controls.

As a part of Tyler's corporate staff, you will make an impact on outcomes that affect various areas of the company. Your work will ultimately support our team members, clients, stakeholders, and the public sector.

Responsibilities
  • Help develop and implement annual team goals and strategies, addressing team needs and comparing operations to industry best practices (e.g. ITIL, HDI, etc.).
  • Provide leadership and direction to IT staff, actively working to build additional knowledge and expertise within the staff.
  • Provide focus and technical leadership to ensure that IT resolves issues effectively and quickly.
  • Work directly with clients and staff to ensure an efficient and reliable infrastructure is implemented and maintained.
  • Assist with implementing quality monitoring, service level improvements, etc., employing standard project management best practices, including an objective statement, milestones, target dates, etc.
  • Lead and participate in IT project-related tasks
  • Monitor SLAs, taking action as needed to maintain compliance.
  • Maintain compliance and provide evidence for Sarbanes-Oxley standards.
  • Manage given IT budget.
  • Implement and enforce procedures to encourage more effective use of computer infrastructure.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related area of study or comparable experience.
  • Typically requires at least 5 years of IT experience in managing people, network administration and applications administration.
  • D365 F&O Experience highly desired
  • COSO/ITGC Framework knowledge
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent project management and change management skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and negotiating skills.
