The Head of Total Rewards is responsible for strategic leadership and value creation of global compensation and benefit programs for both traditional and non-traditional employees worldwide. This role provides day-to-day management of global benefits and compensation team. This position manages compensation programs including base pay, incentive compensation, equity compensation, rewards and recognition, executive pay programs and compensation operations. The Head of Total Rewards manages benefits programs including health and wellness plans, programming and initiatives, retirement plans, vendor management, onsite clinic and benefits operations. This position partners with members of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), leaders across the business, HR Business Partners, HR Centers of Excellence, external consultants, functions such as finance, legal and IT to review and align the company's total rewards strategy, gather feedback, identify critical areas of focus, define priorities and lead transformational changes that drive competitive business results and company growth.
