Foley & Lardner LLP is currently seeking a deskside Technology Support Analyst to join our San Diego office. The right candidate will use advanced technical troubleshooting skills to aid in the operational support of law firm technologies; interact with attorneys and legal and administrative staff; provide client service and support; and maintain and support department and firm goals.

Configure and deploy firm-issued desktops, laptops, printers, and other computer equipment
• Set up/break down computer equipment for employee arrivals/changes/departures and office moves
• Configure mobile devices for connection to firm systems
• Respond to, troubleshoot and resolve reported computer issues in person and remotely
• Update service records and helpdesk tickets
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on computer equipment
• Track and maintain inventory of computer equipment and supplies
• Document processes and procedures for the desktop/technical support group
• Review daily reports to stay apprised of meeting updates
• Test audio/visual equipment before each meeting
• Set up and operate audio/visual equipment for firm meetings and other events
• Assist end users with professional presentations and provide audio/visual technical support
• Maintain and troubleshoot audio/visual hardware and software and report any functionality issues
• Rack network servers and UPS components as needed
• Provide support and be primary technology point of contact to remote Billing Support team

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Networking, Information Technology, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 (three) years of experience supporting technology for end users working in a network environment required
• Intermediate technical skills troubleshooting hardware and software applications
• Must have experience setting up computers, printers, and installing and configuring software
• Experience with network connectivity, wiring closets, equipment and inventory management, audio visual equipment, office equipment moves, email management, document and spreadsheet creation is desirable
• Prior exposure to a helpdesk ticketing system, virus containment, and occasional interactions with third-party service providers are desirable
• Must be creative and flexible with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to comfortably and confidently interact with coworkers and internal customers, often under tight deadlines while always maintaining the highest degree of customer service excellence #LI-Onsite

Pursuant to the California Pay Transparency for Pay Equity Act, the salary range for this San Diego based position is between $56,900 - $92,900. These figures represent the full compensation range of this position. The actual offered amount will be determined based on the following factors: education, experience, geographic market, and internal pay equity at Foley.
