Role Overview: As Chief of Staff to the Head of Agency, you will serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor, working both tactically and strategically to drive the achievement of business goals and key strategic objectives. This role is pivotal in ensuring alignment, prioritization, and execution of day-to-day operational/tactical needs with longer-term strategic imperatives. What You'll Do: What You'll Bring: #LI-SV1 #LI-HYBRID Pay Transparency Salary Range:$145,000 - $215,000 Overtime eligible:Exempt Discretionary bonus eligible:Yes Sales bonus eligible:No Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
