Role Overview:

As Chief of Staff to the Head of Agency, you will serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor, working both tactically and strategically to drive the achievement of business goals and key strategic objectives. This role is pivotal in ensuring alignment, prioritization, and execution of day-to-day operational/tactical needs with longer-term strategic imperatives.
This role requires excellent decision-making ability, superior organizational knowledge, independent decision making, strong relationships across the company, and comfort working with senior management.

What You'll Do:
This role will manage diverse responsibilities including:
* Coordinate and drive progress on key initiatives, projects, and commitments for the Head of Agency, ensuring accountability across direct reports and cross-functional partners. Foster strong partnerships with other key leaders across the organization.
* Lead the development and preparation of executive reports and presentations to a variety of audiences/constituents. Lead planning efforts and manage agendas for meetings (staff, Town Halls, and leadership meetings.) Coordinate with Field Communications to support the development of materials for field-facing meetings as well as Executive Presentations, including for the Executive Management Committee and/or Board of Directors.
* Manage and oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of department-wide rhythms, ensuring timely and effective delivery of tasks and initiatives.
* Develop and implement programs, processes, and tools to advance departmental strategies and priorities.
* Represent the Agency organization in cross-functional groups and meetings to foster alignment with shared goals.
* Flexibility to be involved in a wide variety of tasks (ad-hoc, hands on projects or business demands which arise.)
* Partner with other Chiefs of Staff in the Foundational Business to ensure alignment, consistency, and transparency.

What You'll Bring:
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
* Exceptional presentation design and communication skills, particularly in PowerPoint and executive-level reporting.
* Familiarity with Agency structure and operating model
* 10+ years of related experience with strong business acumen
* Highly organized and efficient
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Experience and comfort working with senior leaders
* Analytical thinker with the ability to distill complexity into actionable plans.
* An initiative-taking, self-motivated leader who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced settings.
* Strong people skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders.
* Experience with Agency operations, field-facing roles, or other distribution-focused functions.

Pay Transparency

Salary Range:$145,000 - $215,000

Overtime eligible:Exempt

Discretionary bonus eligible:Yes

Sales bonus eligible:No

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
