Description *Chevo* Consulting LLC is currently seeking a Program Manager with a TS clearance. This candidate will be the primary client point of contact with responsibility for all associated tasks for the contract of oversight. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of the cybersecurity posture of the Federal Government and be experienced in managing large-scale contract support teams. Located in Washington, DC Metro area in an onsite-/telework hybrid environment. Candidates must reside in the Washington DC metro area. Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for the overall performanceof the contract Plan, organize and support the project/program to ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled,quality standards are met, and associated expectations of performance are achieved Support multiple concurrent project tasks across a fast-paced, operational organization Provide expert direction and guidance to team members and staff Developschedules and formulate work plans Review project funds and resources Serve as a primary point of contact with DHS/Government COR/Task Monitor and/or customer personnel Provide strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to program and project staff. Provide detailed analysis, evaluation and recommendations for improvements, optimization development, and/or maintenance efforts for client-specific or mission critical challenges/issues. Consult with client to define need or problem Supervise studies and leading surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions. Manage a large, matrixed, and remote workforce Required Qualifications: Active Top-Secret clearance (preferred CISA or DHS) Bachelor's Degree 10+ years of experience including, but not limited to: Providing strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to program and project staff. Providing detailed analysis, evaluation and recommendations for improvements, optimization development, and/or maintenance efforts for client-specific or mission critical challenges/issues. Consulting with client to define need or problem; and Supervising studies and leading surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions Demonstrating an ability to manage a large, matrixed, and remote workforce Leading large matrixed teams of 100+ FTE Demonstrated knowledge in the areas of identifying, analyzing, and responding to physical and cyber events and supporting the Government's activities in establishing, coordinating, and managing internal and external programs that support and enhance cybersecurity activities.
