ResponsibilitiesYou will help with Azure platform security and safety programs focused on getting Azure services to adhere to our security and safety standards and meet our customer, regulatory and strategic requirements.You will partner with various engineering teams across Azure to deliver the tools, features and capabilities necessary to meet security and safety requirements and controls as well as work on meeting sovereign operability and compliance requirements.Under supervision you will help coordinate cross-team efforts to drive engineering solutions to technical challenges and deliver quality solutions to committed schedules and project plans.You will help define success criteria and performance metrics (OKRs, KPIs etc.) for your programs and work with your teams to track and report on execution against these regularly.You will help others as they design technical solutions. You will also identify risks, escalating them to senior levels when needed.Based on success criteria, you'll help others develop and implement features for cross-functional projects. You'll begin to understand how to collaborate and ensure alignment across teams. |
