HTST Boxroom Lead 1st Shift

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Perform all functions of the boxroom jobs to include all production lines, robots, and equipment in the area

* Provide work direction to employees and temporary employees in a professional manner through both written and verbal communications

* Assist with process and quality decisions to keep production running safely, seeking out management and maintenance assistance when needed

* Provide training to new employees

* Organize and prepare equipment and materials for upcoming production runs

* Monitor code accuracy on all production runs and associated record keeping

* Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately

* Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues

* Follow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements

THIS POSITION CAN MAKE UP TO:

• $24.67 per hour
• 24-month wage progression

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

* High school diploma or equivalent preferred

* 4 to 6 years of experience or 4+ years of experience with demonstrated leadership attributes

* Certification and/or License - may be required during course of employment
