GAI Consultants is seeking a CEI Project Administrator based out of our Jacksonville, FL office but assigned to the Tallahassee, FL or Panama City, FL area. The Project Administrator position involves oversight of various projects including transportation, utility, and other types of infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include construction contract administration and field inspection including maintaining various construction logs, creating agendas and minutes for meetings, coordinating with Senior Inspectors and Inspectors, and assisting with providing instruction in field-related inspection duties. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite software is preferred. Bachelors of Civil Engineering (required)
Experience
CTQP Quality Control Manager (required)
CERTIFICATIONS: FDOT Advanced Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) (required) CTQP Final Estimates Level II (required) 6 years: Related engineering experience, two years of which involved the construction of major road and bridge structures; OR (required) 2 years: Experience in the construction of major road and bridge structures (required) Licenses & Certifications
