M1 is looking for a Property Control Supervisor:
* Assists the Branch Manager in the successful management of contract support activities in the Mission Support Branch IAW
the Performance Work Statement.
* Ensures all activities are accomplished in accordance with the Performance Work Statement, Air Force Instructions,
Technical Orders, and company policies.
* Reports to the Mission Support Branch Manager.
* Ensures safety, operational excellence and the optimization of fleet readiness.
* Supervises Branch activities to achieve high performance and success.
* Ensures personnel have obtained the necessary training and instructions to perform assigned duties.
* Interfaces with internal and external customers, and higher headquarters.
* Attends applicable meetings as required.
* Directs, plans, coordinates, controls, and evaluates operations and personnel.
* Supports company business development efforts as needed.
* Must deal with the customer and company employees in a courteous, professional and effective manner.
* Represent the company in an appropriate professional manner in terms of attire, business courtesies, ethics, and customer
culture.
* Primary contact for the Simplified Purchase Request (SPR). Reviews SPR's to ensure conformity to USAF instructions,
maintains an SPR log of all purchases.
* Oversee the requisitioning effort, provide oversight for tracking materials and supplies, and routinely examine materials
delivered to verify conformance to specifications.
* Routinely perform the clerical tasks involved in the receipt, verification, storage, turn-in and issuance of pats, materials,
supplies, and equipment ordered.
* Reviews SPR's for accuracy, submits to the Government for approval, issues Purchase Orders, tracks status, receives
and issues materials and tools.
* Assist in the planning and projections of the total material requirements needed to fulfill contract requirements.
* Primary contact for Small
Contracts, submits annual RFQ's, makes selection based on best value, submits
recommendation for approval, initiates purchase order and tracks contracts progress.
* Primary Security Representative for M1 Support Services, working with base agencies to ensure compliance with PWS.
* Processes new employees for security clearance, through IP, monitoring the progress until approval is provided and
CAC is obtained.
* Process employees for CAC renewals.
* Process SAAR requests.
* Process annual employee verifications.
* Maintains and updates authenticated Entry Authorization Listings (EAL).
* POC on other programs as assigned.

Additional Requirements:
* Thorough understanding of USAF aircraft maintenance/support/logistcs processes required.
* Minimum 7 years of related experience in an aircraft and maintenance support environment, including 3 years in a managerial
capacity.
* Must fully understand quality control procedures.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills are required.
* Must have a working knowledge of computers (input/extract data) and basic computer software programs such as Word,
Outlook, Power Point, and Excel.
* Must speak, read, write, and understand English.
* Able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance and base access as required by the contract.
* Current valid U.S. Driver's License.
* Environment ranges from office-like to hangar and flight line. Extensive sitting to climbing, standing, stooping, bending,
pushing, kneeling, stretching, and walking demands.
* Bachelor's/Associate's Degree in an associated discipline is desired. High School required.
