Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Business Analyst with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12 + month contract position. Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate routines to support delivery (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates, etc.) Manage coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple teams Facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline Provide status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks, issues, and schedule Work with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements Requirements: 5+ years of Project Management experience Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects at various stages of the project life cycle Problem Solving & Communications Skills, including significant experience facilitating communication among technologists, technology managers, and non-technology managers Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Well-organized and able to manage competing priorities and deadlines Detail-oriented, self-starter and ability to think and work independently in a fast-paced environment Ability to identify, resolve or escalate issues in order to ensure that program timelines are met Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to effectively collaborate with others in different locations Desired skills: Experience working in a highly regulated industry or financial institution Risk management or issues management experience Degree or certification in compliance, risk management, business or communications Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
