Job Title: Office clerk Location: State Farm VA 23160 Pay Rate: $ 18.00/hr. on w2 without benefits Duration: 6+ months Shift Hours: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm Note: The position is behind the wire, so they will be dealing with inmates. Candidates must comfortable commuting to Tag Warehouse 3600 Woods Way \| State Farm, VA 23160 daily. Job Description: Email quotes and pdf proofs to customers. Keep up with PDF proofs that have been approved or need changes made to art ( requires constant communication with inmates) Daily cycle counts. Past due job report. Key in job orders. Contact customers for artwork and change orders to purchase orders. Qualification: Extensive computer experience required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Database, Gmail, Internet).
