Strategy & Operations Associate Role Overview As a Strategy & Operations Associate, you will contribute to critical areas such as finance, analytics, and business operations, helping build the success of the Commercial Strategy team. - Excels at building and maintaining relationships with Regional Finance teams, Client Finance, New Business Development, Project Management, Account teams, and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities This role encompasses a range of responsibilities within Commercial Strategy, with significant opportunities to make a meaningful impact. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing hands-on operational and strategic support to the EVP of Commercial Strategy and the broader team.
- Analyzing data to identify gaps, assess risks, and uncover strategic opportunities.
- Supporting pricing strategies and negotiation recommendations for new and existing client opportunities, both locally and globally.
- Collaborating with multiple business units within Weber Shandwick to foster alignment and drive success.
- Gaining deep knowledge of the business and leveraging that understanding to enhance the value delivered to clients.
- Supports the review and preparation of RFIs and RFPs at local and global levels as needed.

NYC Salary range: $85,000 - $100,000 Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee's/applicant's background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
