Job Description:

Ryan Companies US, Inc. has an immediate career opportunity for an experienced Senior Treasury Analyst to join our corporate accounting group in Minneapolis!

This individual will administer all treasury related functions and play a key role in cash management.

Some things you can expect to do:

  • Manage oversight of over a hundred corporate bank accounts.

  • Provide expertise in streamlining electronic payment processes.

  • Standardize new bank account set up to drive consistency regarding services/signers and promote minimization of fraud risk.

  • Standardize online bank access including but not limited to set-up, access, services, wire/ACH templates, etc.

  • Play a key role in the leveraging of Ryan's Treasury Workstation functionality to drive efficiencies, quality control, and technology adoption.

  • Administer electronic payments across various banking relationships and owner requirements.

  • Oversee daily positive pay submission and resolution exceptions.

  • Prepare internal control documentation and schedules to support the annual external audit.

  • Implement new bank technologies, products, and services to improve cash cycle and scale company operations.

  • Support cash forecasting efforts including collaboration with our FP&A team.

  • Manage and administer day-today cash operations including cash reporting, and cash positioning.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field

  • 3+ years of successful treasury experience

  • In-depth knowledge of treasure operations including cash management, liquidity management, financing strategies and risk management

  • Knowledge of financial regulations

You will really stand out if you have:

  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams

  • Experience with Gtreasury Software (or similar treasury workstation software)

  • Have your CPA and/or CTP certification

Eligibility

  • Positions require verification of employment eligibility to work in the U.S.

Compensation:

The base pay is $79,400 - $99,250 per year. The base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission and/or an incentive program.
