Card Operations Fraud Specialist - Berrien Springs (Full-Time)
This is a Hybrid Work Eligible position. You will be required to come into the Operations Center in Berrien Springs, MI as needed to ensure business needs are met.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

- Responsible for the maintenance and support for all debit and credit card related questions and daily card operational tasks, while also handling and leading escalations for suspicious activity on debit and credit cards.
- Processes and supports fraud and dispute cases for debit and credit card transactions on behalf of the member, remaining in compliance with Reg E.
- Supports the internal team and members with all debit and credit card fraud related activities.
- Investigates all cases as needed, decisions disputes, and appropriately escalates cases to the Fraud team.
- Provides timely and exceptional service to members, vendors, and internal teams.
- Assists with card operations and fraud related projects.
- Acts as a subject matter expert for debit and credit card processing, closing cards, completing maintenance, card E-forms, and other card operations tasks as needed.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- One to three years of similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions.
- Card processing and financial institution knowledge or an equivalent combination of training and work experience required.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Must have demonstrated ability to keep finances in order.
- Ability to work in stressful, high-pressure situations.
- Solid communication abilities.
- Well organized.
- Ability to use PC,10-key, telephone and all related business machines.
- Attention to detail.
