POSITION

Allspring is seeking a Business Analyst to partner with and support the Engineering and Technology organization. This role will assist in driving cross-functional initiatives to meet both short and long-term objectives for the Engineering & Technology strategy. The Business Analyst will collaborate with key stakeholders across departments to ensure smooth operations and help to align technology solutions with business needs, working effectively as part of a unified team to support the organization's objectives.

We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 3 days a week.

Location(s): Charlotte, NC, Boston, MA, Menomonee Falls, WI, Milwaukee, WI

RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Assist with program budgeting and financial reporting by gathering and analyzing financial data for technology related projects
  • Support technology reporting and metrics
  • Assist in cost reduction and optimization of cost savings opportunities within the technology initiatives
  • Assist in identifying inefficiencies and recommending process improvements
  • Assist in identifying business challenges related to growth, costs, and productivity.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS



  • 2-3 years' experience business analysis, process improvement, or related field, preferably within technology or software development environment; high level of attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Experience working with cross-functions teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a decentralized organization
  • Basic understanding of business analysis tools; familiarity with project management tools and methods
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
