The Opportunity: The Pathology Solutions Specialist in Tissue Diagnostics is responsible for protecting and growing the High Medical Value IHC portfolio, Digital Pathology and algorithms, and research market share. Implements sales plans designed to achieve established revenue and financial goals. Knows and understands the Advanced Staining competitive landscape including product, sales tools, and pricing for Roche Pathology Lab and all competitors. Leverages current business relationships to maintain and grow current customer base. Works in coordination with Account Managers and Strategic Account Managers to call on perspective and current customers. Works closely with Account Managers to sell capital equipment to most prominent health systems, hospitals and reference laboratories, either via capital expenditures or bundling with reagents. This is a field based role - the territory includes everything south of Jacksonville, FL and Puerto Rico. We would prefer the candidate to live in Miami, Orlando or Tampa, FL You must reside within 50 miles of the territory. Relocation benefits are not provided for this role. Job Facts:

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Florida is $100,400 - $186,400. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This position is eligible to earn incentive compensation that is calculated and paid in accordance with the applicable Incentive Compensation Plan for the role. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
