Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Leads/manages collection process for assigned customer accounts
  • Negotiates partial payments and payments plans when applicable
  • Contacts assigned customs by phone and email to collect past due balances
  • Investigate and resolve questions or payment discrepancies


Required Qualifications:



  • Proven experience as a Collection Specialist
  • Knowledge of collection call flow process
  • Skilled in Negotiations
  • Problem solving skills
  • Working knowledge of MS office applications
  • High school diploma.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Associates/Bachelor's degree
  • 3-4 years prior Collection experience
