Job Description The Talent Acquisition Recruiter role, working collaboratively with Twin Disc's Human Resources department, will support full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles that support Twin Disc's Racine operations. You will use your experience to build pipelines of qualified candidates for critical roles, creating sourcing strategies, developing referrals, networking, and constructing a communication plan to prospective candidates. Responsibilities include: Source candidates for business-critical positions and conducting pre-screening. Provide candidate debrief meetings to HR staff and Hiring Managers and ensure that expectations are aligned. Provide a high-quality experience for every potential candidate through effective communication, respect, and follow-through. Leverage online recruiting resources and strategies to identify and recruit qualified candidates. Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain necessary tracking to comply with Affirmative Action requirements. Qualifications required: Bachelor's degree human resources, business administration or a related field preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years professional experience in corporate or RPO recruitment. Sourcing experience through various channels. Knowledge of recruiting and staffing laws, including OFCCP preferred. TWIN DISC, Inc. is headquartered in Racine, WI.
