Description Landmark of Fridley, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Community Life Director to join our growing team! Landmark of Fridley Senior Living is in Fridley, MN, located right off Central Ave and Mississippi Street, at the former home of Sandee's Restaurant. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our 69-unit apartment-style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Landmark of Fridley is a growing community with a fun, caring, and passionate team. Join our team today! Shifts Available: Full Time(M-F), 9am-5:30pm, MOD and Holiday Rotation. Wage: $26-28/Hour In this position you will ensure the development, organization and coordination of facility and community resources to provide comprehensive Wellness/Recreation/Activity Services and programs that meet the needs and interests of each tenant. Our Community Life Director provides an ongoing program of community life activities. These activities are designed to meet, in accordance with the comprehensive Recreation/Wellness Assessment, the interests and preferences to encompass the Physical, Social, Intellectual, Emotional, Spiritual, Vocational, and Environmental well-being of each tenant. Duties include: Provide a Community Life program daily including evenings and weekends. Purchase and maintain equipment and supplies and provide for their accessibility through organized storage. Establishes Conduct, attend and participate in orientation, training, in-service education activities and staff meetings as assigned to maintain compliance. Communicate programs and develop positive relations with tenants, family, and volunteers. Ability to train and motivate others while acting as a role model and mentor. Must be compassionate and have a desire to make a difference in the lives of the tenants.
