Our team in Corporate Group is looking for an Employee Wellness Program Lead to join them. You will report to the Health & Welfare Manager and will have a hybrid work schedule in East Aurora, NY.

As the Employee Wellness Program Lead, you will work closely with department leadership to create and execute wellbeing strategies that foster a healthy workplace culture and address the wellbeing needs of Moog employees and their family members. This role is pivotal in developing and implementing programs that support the physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing of our employees.

To be considered for the Employee Wellness Program Lead role, here's what you'll typically need to bring with you:

  • Typically, a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, health sciences, or a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience in leading positive change and initiatives.
  • In-depth understanding of employee wellbeing programs and communication strategies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in effectively presenting information to diverse organizational audiences, utilizing various platforms to increase program engagement.
  • Skilled in cultivating and expanding relationships with partners, stakeholders, and vendors to drive program growth and enhancement.
  • A background in employer sponsored wellness programs or psychology would be beneficial.

As an Employee Wellness Program Lead, you will:

  • Develop and manage comprehensive employee wellbeing programs, including mental health support, fitness, nutrition, and stress management initiatives.
  • Establish and lead champion networks to promote and support the wellbeing program.
  • Collaborate with department leadership to ensure wellbeing initiatives align with organizational goals.
  • Track and analyze employee health trends and program effectiveness, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors associated with Moog's wellbeing programs.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops on various wellbeing topics.
  • Stay informed about innovative strategies and best practices in workplace wellbeing.

Salary Range Transparency:

Buffalo, NY $80,000.00-$100,000.00 Annually

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees.
