ARES is looking for an individual with experience in Probabilistic Risk Assessment modeling to join our team supporting the Human Spaceflight Technical Integration Contract at the Johnson Space Center. Responsibilities include: * Developing risk models for ISS International Space Station (ISS) hardware and systems, visiting vehicles, and operations risks, using classical PRA methodologies. * Documenting PRA models and methodologies. * Successful candidates will have the ability to: synthesize large amounts of data and communicate results to a broad range of personnel Minimum Requirements: * Demonstrated proficiency in written and oral communications with peers, management, and customers. * Demonstrated self-initiative to identify problem areas and implement solutions on a task and project level. * Demonstrated excellent organizational and time management skills. * Strong technical writing and presentation skills and ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, team environment with a short turnaround time. Preferred Qualifications: * ISS systems or real time operations * Quantitative engineering and technical risk analysis * Reliability Analysis * Risk Informed Decision Making or Technical Decision Analysis Education and Relevant Work Experience: *A BS/BA degree in science, engineering, or math with 5+ years experience.
