The Learning & Knowledge Content Specialist is primarily responsible for managing learning content for the Consumer Banking & Mortgage division of BOK Financial. This includes developing, sourcing, editing, reviewing and maintaining content to support the daily operations and documentation of the Consumer Banking & Mortgage division. This position is responsible for working with subject matter experts across the organization, compliance, audit, and fair banking to interpret business-driven and regulatory changes. This position also works closely with learning and development, senior management, middle management, operations, front-line staff and vendors to improve knowledge repository functionality. Education & Experience Requirements
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing Communications, Technical Writing or a related field with 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in developing/managing learning content, or 5 - 7 years of equivalent experience. Experience in Instructional Design and Knowledge Management systems preferred. Work experience in a financial institution or thorough understanding of financial products and services preferred.
