• Responsible for ensuring high standards of patient care through strong commitment in development and growth of inter-disciplinary staff.
• Develops positive professional relationships with physicians and intra-department peers.
• Responsible for planning, implementing, directing, monitoring and promoting all current service programs.
• Responsible for leading strategic planning for future business planning initiatives; formulating budgets for current and future services; developing and implementing appropriate marketing and promotional tools for current and future services.
• Manages all human resources in a cost effective, yet supportive manner; develops and monitors the service outcome data, e.g. clinical outcomes, service, and cost.
• Demonstrates personal and professional accountability.

Education

• BS degree required

Experience

• Five years' experience in area of expertise including a minimum of 3 years' experience in management.

(Above requirements can be met by equivalent combination of education and experience)

Compensation/Benefits

• $46.35-$75.70/hr depending on previous work experience.
