Job Posting: Acquisitions Analyst Department of Cannabis Control JC-462440 - Acquisitions Analyst ASSOCIATE GOVERNMENTAL PROGRAM ANALYST $5,855.00 - $7,327.00 per Month Final Filing Date: 1/18/2025 Job Description and Duties AGPA: Under the supervision of the Staff Services Manager (SSM) I of the Acquisitions Office (Office), in the Procurement Section, or the Operations Branch (Branch) within the Administration Division (Division) part of the Department of Cannabis Control (Department)the Associate Governmental Program Analyst will review and analyze procurement contracts, prepare correspondence, and respond to questions from potential applicants and contractors. Independently perform the more difficult and complex development and review of all contracts and procurement. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, rules, and polices in the Office, Division, Department and control agencies. SSA: Under the supervision of the Staff Services Manager (SSM) I of the Acquisitions Office (Office), in the Procurement Section, or the Operations Branch (Branch) within the Administration Division (Division) part of the Department of Cannabis Control (Department) the Staff Services Analyst will assist and review procurement contracts, prepare correspondence, and respond to questions from potential applicants and contractors. Assist in the development of and review of all contracts and procurement and will ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, rules, and polices in the Office, Administration Division, Department and control agencies.
