Ski perks (vary based on employment status) may include Deer Valley season pass, free skiing or riding at other Alterra Resorts and select local Utah resorts Friends and family ski discounts, free staff ski lessons and discounted rentals (winter staff only) Subsidized meals at Employee Dining Rooms offered for staff while on shift Subsidized housing options available for seasonal full-time staff Discounts for staff members at restaurants, shops, and service providers in Park City Healthcare options are available for staff members 401k plan with company match PURPOSE OF POSITION: The Silver Baron Guest Services staff is available to answer any guest inquiries regarding Deer Valley Resort and Park City events and attractions. RESPONSIBILITIES: Check guests in and out of Silver Baron Give guests directions, information, and instructions Make reservations for restaurants and activities Assist in coordinating the Lodges skier shuttle staff for guest pick- ups and drop off Assist in coordinating the bell staff for guest requests, as well as luggage pick up and drop off Settle guest balances upon departure and handle cash and credit card transactions Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: Experience operating Maestro, NORM, Saflok, and Managers Plus preferred Knowledge of the Park City area preferred General understanding of computers and computer operating systems DATES OF EMPLOYMENT: 1/2025 - 4/20/2025 PAY RATE: Pay: $20.00 per hour Deer Valley Resort is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
