This role is within Chamberlain Group's Executive Administrative Support Services function. A successful incumbent is expected to (i) Prepare reports, correspondence, proposals, meeting materials and presentations;

organize, review, edit and distribute communications; receive and screen phone calls, visitors and mail and (ii)Manage multiple calendars, including scheduling appointments and providing itineraries. Education

requirements include: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent; Experience requirements include: 6+ years of

relevant work experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare reports, correspondence, proposals, meeting materials and presentations; organize, review, edit and distribute communications; receive and screen phone calls, visitors and mail

  • Manage multiple calendars, including scheduling appointments and providing itineraries

  • Manage meeting planning including: scheduling meetings and preparing agendas; anticipate and coordinate needs for meeting such as logistics, equipment, catering, etc.; on occasion, may need to take and distribute meeting minutes

  • Maintain accuracy of organizational charts, mailing lists and contact lists

  • Maintain a variety of files and reports; identify opportunities when automation would assist in the overall operations of the group or department

  • Coordinate all aspects of travel (flights, transportation, hotels, directions, etc.), including international travel

  • Handle highly confidential and critical information

  • Manage office space needs and requirements; support new hire on-boarding by setting up office space, arrange for equipment, supplies, etc.

  • Process invoicing and prepare purchase orders; compile and submit expense reports, budget and analyses, and review any reconciliation of invoices

  • This position requires regular and predictable on-site attendance and the ability to work the particular shift and/or schedule to which you are assigned, as well as additional hours as needed.

  • Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.

  • Protect Chamberlain Group's reputation by keeping information confidential.

  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

Education/Certifications:

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

Experience:

6+ years of relevant work experience

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Moderate to advanced acumen with Microsoft Office Suite; outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including grammar and proofreading; strong attention to details with an emphasis on organization and prioritization skills

The payrange/rate of pay for this position is $53,100.00 - $98, 625.00; base payoffered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
