The Contracts Negotiator is primarily responsible for complex negotiations related to customer contracts including, but not limited to, master services agreements, subscription agreements and SaaS agreements. In addition, they will assist with vendor, supplier and partner agreements, and play a role in updating company legal templates, and creating/maintaining legal playbooks outlining the contractual review and negotiation processes and setting out options to handle common deviations from our standard terms. This role will collaborate closely with Commercial Strategy, Sales Operations, Legal, Procurement and internal subject matter experts to ensure downstream organizational compliance after conclusion of a customer or supplier negotiation. This critical, customer-facing role will work internally with stakeholders to obtain business or operational approvals, verify language modifications, and otherwise provide guidance to internal stakeholders regarding various negotiations. How You'll Be Rewarded Salary range in the US: $111,000.00 - $178,000.00A discretionary bonus typically paid annually Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits package The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US.
