JOB SUMMARY Responsible for standardizing, improving, documentation and supporting UT Southwestern Medical Center's supply chain processes and data needs. This person should be familiar with PeopleSoft 9.2, the Item Master, the creation and updating reporting and metrics for Supply Chain Management as well as other departments as needed. Duties will range from business process analysis, data quality assurance and control, and training/technical support. Works closely with the Supply Chain Analytics team members, Strategic Sourcing, Contracts Management, Purchasing, Material Management Operations and Asset Management to provide support and guidance on business operations. EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION Required
Bachelor's Degree in Information Management, Healthcare, Statistics, Business, Supply Chain Management or closely related field or Associate's Degree or High School Diploma
2 years of data management/analytics performing systems analysis and/or business process analysis within a healthcare or related industry environment experience with Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of related experience with Associate's Degree or 6 years of related experience with High School Diploma/equivalent
MS Office Suite, SQL, Excel and Access experience and Experience with PeopleSoft, Jaggaer, Power BI, Service Now, a Recall Management software, a GPO software, GHX and SC Logic JOB DUTIES
