The Job/What You'll Do:

We are seeking an influential and organized Change Management Leader to lead and shape transformational initiatives for our organization. This role will be integral to the evolution of our Objectives and Key Results (OKR) Workboard platform, delivering immediate impact while setting a foundation for sustained growth, cultural leadership, and long-term operational alignment. This role will also work closely with senior leaders across the organization to ensure the Corporate Administration Office (CAO) programs align seamlessly with corporate objectives and accelerates business growth.

We can consider candidates for this position who are able to accommodate a hybrid work schedule and are close to our office location in Phoenix, AZ, Chicago, IL, or Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities:

  • Build strong partnerships with senior leaders ensuring that OKR and CAO program initiatives integrate efficiently
  • Manage and maintain our organization's Objectives and Key Results (OKR) platform, ensuring smooth operation, user access control, and data accuracy
  • Manage OKR alignment cycle and cadence, including tie offs and alignment oversight
  • Facilitate the ongoing use of the OKR process across teams by training users, troubleshooting issues, and monitoring overall OKR performance within the system
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of the OKR program, offering insightful and relevant recommendations and staying up to date with industry best practices
  • Champion change management and user adoption, leading engagement strategies that ensure OKR system buy-in and support long-term utilization
  • Manage the Workboard data and analytics tool to surface, measure, and communicate results
  • Continuously assess OKR trends and best practices, fostering innovation to ensure that the OKR ecosystem evolves with market demands and business needs.
  • Partner with CAO leadership and business units on the transformational initiatives and effectively execute on deliverables
  • Support and execute on CAO program initiatives to drive long-term transformational opportunities

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems or a related field
  • Strong project management and analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and a commitment to driving sustained business impact
  • Ability to influence and guide teams towards adopting and effectively utilizing the OKR framework
  • Familiarity managing software platforms, familiarity with OKR tool functionalities a plus
  • Effective communication to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences, including executives, managers, and individual contributors
  • Ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and identify areas for improvement
  • Experience in facilitating project planning, execution, and monitoring progress

Compensation: The Base Salary range for this position is between $120,000-$130,000.

This information reflects a base salary range that AssetMark reasonably expects to pay for the position based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and actual work location. This position will also be eligible for additional variable incentive compensation and competitive benefits.

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US to be considered. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position.
